You are fulfilled if the people around you are satisfied. The intricacies of the interactions between the hyper verse and the place we call reality is intertwined in the modern world, I say modern world because in the olden days if the people around you were truly satisfied, you would naturally too... To generalise, if your family, let say, was satisfied and healthy, you too would be somewhat satisfied and healthy and arguably happy. The problem here lies in the modern world due to the persistence of human beings habits of survival and the astonishing growth of technology. These aspects create a probable and somewhat absurd scenario in which the satisfaction of virtual persons could also trigger the same response. In their satisfaction you are satisfied and not willing to make a change, blatant examples could be mega blockbuster films such as star wars or the marvel cinematic universe which implores at some level of commercial tactical relatability to make you feel connected deeply enough to a character that you feel satisfied with your life because they (no matter how chubaca) are satisfied, mostly in the form or resolution which could be another topic of examination and critique towards narrative theory and it deep-rooted effect and again the persistence of the habits left behind after survival.

This is a world in which physical survival is no longer in a lot of possibilities a crucial aspect of life of living, needs a met for most or all Thier lives until they aren't, but until they are living is carefree as long as you have money. This aspect of money is also becoming archaic soon.
