In this world you have two things, Communication and creation. The world we live in today is deprived, not deprived of creation but we are stuck mostly with just communication. Art is the meeting point of communication and creation, an art object is something which is a creation but for the purpose of communication, it talks to you, without a soul or a mouth. Most interesting point here is that something is communicated or received by you when you see an artwork, this is most of the time not words. This something is interesting, an artist could portray a sense of confusion and talk to you, but another interesting thing with an art object is, that it can make you talk to yourself, Most Modern pieces i believe do or try to, reasons for which i won't divulge into now but rest mostly upon present circumstances as they always have... So, stuck in the middle of having only two choice, communication or creation, interaction and manipulation of other souls or interaction and manipulation of matter, i think it's this similarly which makes us question the difference between an object or a person, as in a difference between a picture of a person and an object. But i think the real question lies in which, we are so ignorant towards, the influence we can have towards each others lives, mentally and physically. Without communication we would not be able to talk to each other but without creation we would not be alive, so creation takes precedence in this case. If you look at a bigger perspective, the earth is always creating, we are a part of its cycle and therefore the creation actually becomes, automated, but the kind of creation i talk of is, much more precise and can carry much more than the sum of its parts, a person, a soul, a consciousness... Or maybe we are a part of the sun's cycle which just breaths and as it breaths in the year is gone and as it breathes out a year is gone but there are still objects, outside our bodies, which carry more meaning than the sum of their parts. To conclude, there is as far as i can think, two schools of study, communication or creation, the mastery of this is the only way we can survive after the sun stops breathing and when the day comes, we will be ready, and man said let there be light and there was and man said let there be gravity and there was.
